Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Physical Standard Minimum Height:

• 5 feet 7 inches
• 5 feet 4-1/2 inches in case of Dogra and Gorkha.
• chest: 33 Unexpanded 31-1/2 Extended
• sight: Normal in both eyes (with or without glasses) (should not be color blind)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

• For Male Candidates:
• 100 meter run: 15 seconds (only one chance)
• Shot Put (7.26 kg) (16 lb): 5.50 meters (three chances)
• Rope Climbing: 15 feet (three chances)

For Matron Posts:

• weight: 50 kg and above
